Next, your Realtor will assist in scheduling any Home Inspections and providing all necessary documents to your Lender, Settlement Company, and Insurance Agent to ensure that you efficiently move toward the next stage.
Usually, on the day you are purchasing your new home, there is a final walkthrough of the property and then you will meet at the Settlement Company to sign your loan documents and transfer the home ownership to you!! You receive keys and can move into your new house at your convenience!
