1 - Realtor Meeting

Show your homes’ features and upgrades, discuss recommendations, review market conditions, and sign a listing agreement.

2 - Prepare Your Home

Complete recommended repairs and updates and stage home. Photographer will visit the property as the first step of the marketing process.

3 - Marketing of your Home

Highlight the features of your home through our Marketing of your Home in the Multiple Listing Service, on Social Media, in Direct Marketing via Email, Pay per Click, Text and Mail. Bruce & Team will utilize directionals, open houses and their reputation to drive Buyers to your Home.

4 - Review & Accept an Offer

Offers are presented by Bruce & Team summarizing terms that best match your goals and timing to Sell

5 - Inspections & Contingencies

Your Realtor will advise you of any planned Inspections while the Buyer works with their Lender to satisfy any Finance Related Contingencies.

6 - Conclusion of Sale

You will sign the paperwork at the Settlement Company to transfer ownership of your Home to the Purchaser. Congratulations – Proceeds will be Wired or Mailed to You.
